Ananya Ranganatha

Ananya is a Project Engineer at Mētis Construction and is originally from Bengaluru, India – a city known for its vibrant energy and culture. She began her career there as an architect, designing bars and restaurants and building a strong foundation in design and spatial planning.

She moved to the United States in 2023 to pursue her Master’s in Construction Engineering & Management from IIT Chicago. She has experience in both design and construction, including a year long internship with the King County Wastewater Treatment Department in Seattle, where she gained hands-on exposure to project coordination and field operations. She continues to grow and learn in the field every day.

Outside of work, Ananya loves travelling and exploring new places and their culture. She absolutely loves spending time with her family in India and has a special love for animals, she’s happiest when she’s around them.
