Bishnu Pokhrel

Project Engineer
Born and raised in Pokhara, Nepal—nestled in the shadow of the Himalayas—I developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors and a natural drive to explore. Since moving to the U.S. in 2007, I’ve spent most of my time in the Bay Area, where I met my wife and started our family. We now live in Seattle, where we spend as much time as possible hiking, mountain biking, camping, and sharing the beauty of the Pacific Northwest with our 6-year-old daughter.

Professionally, I bring a diverse background in operations, logistics, and customer support. At Bellwether Coffee, a hardware startup, I led the logistics and installation of commercial coffee roasters across North America, developed a national shipping network, and managed both in-house and offshore support teams. I’m passionate about problem solving, team collaboration, and creating streamlined processes that make a real impact.

As a Project Engineer at Metis Construction, I enjoy working closely with clients and teammates to bring projects to life. I recently completed the University of Washington’s Certificate in Project Management program, which further strengthened my skills in coordination, planning, and leadership in construction environments.

Outside of work, I’m an avid mountain biker, gardener, photographer, and cook. My family and I love to travel and are always looking for our next adventure—whether it’s across the world or a weekend in the woods.
